Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental office team. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their visit. The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a vital link between patients, clinical team, and administrative personnel, facilitating smooth operations within the dental office. Duties Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the check-in process to ensure a welcoming environment. Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical regulations. Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing patients to appropriate resources. Assist in coordinating patient care by ensuring that necessary information is relayed between departments and staff members. Handle insurance verification and assist patients with understanding their coverage options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office to promote a professional atmosphere. Collaborate with dental office staff when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
