Assistant Clinical Director Uzima Health Services — Idaho (Boise / Twin Falls)
Pay Range:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Full-Time About Uzima Health Services Uzima Health Services is a behavioral health organization serving communities in Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho. We are contracted with Magellan of Idaho under the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP) and are committed to providing high-quality, compliant, and compassionate behavioral health services. Position Summary Uzima Health Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director to support the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and quality of care across our behavioral health programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring clinical services meet Magellan of Idaho standards, IBHP requirements, and all applicable Idaho state regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations across CBRS, CM, CPSS, and therapy service lines Provide clinical supervision and support to licensed and paraprofessional staff Monitor documentation for compliance with Magellan of Idaho, IBHP, and CMS Medicaid guidelines Support implementation and enforcement of corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives Review treatment records to ensure adherence to scope-of-practice and billing requirements Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Operations leadership on staffing and program needs Ensure services comply with Idaho Code, DOPL licensure requirements, and HIPAA standards Collaborate with Mike, our other assistant clinical director, to assure note compliance, accuracy and swift submission. Qualifications Active Idaho clinical license required: LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent (per DOPL requirements) Prior clinical supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred Working knowledge of Medicaid billing, IBHP standards, and Magellan care guidelines strongly preferred Strong understanding of HIPAA and Idaho behavioral health regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with BestNotes or similar EHR/documentation systems a plus
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 4 weeks (20 days) Paid Time Off (PTO) annually Additional Information Uzima Health Services is an at-will employer in accordance with Idaho state employment law. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of licensure verification, background check, and any additional requirements under Magellan of Idaho and IBHP credentialing standards.
