• You are responsible for safety and compliance (internal Linde standards, FDA, Federal, State, & local regulations for the division) Manages Productivity, Lean & Six Sigma Initiatives You will work directly with region Productivity management team Creates & manages operational plans that result in the accomplishment of Linde objectives You will develop yearly plant management operational goals with interim and final operational performance, and manages performance against the goals Manage Regional Monthly Safety Trend Charts You will coordinate and facilitates activities and commitments with sales organization Ensures strategies are appropriately formulated and communication plans are provided You will monitor trend, develops procedures, and takes actions that set precedents KPI Reporting You will develop continuous process improvement projects with retail and plant operations teams Staff, train, coach, and administer performance reviews, and corrective action of subordinate employees You ensure direct staff is also staffing, training, coaching, administering performance reviews and corrective actions down through the operations organization Ensures compliance with all applicable internal and external standards You will work with strategic independence, conferring with Region and Senior Management on more complex assignments Develops documented operational planning and goals Coordinate's operations and project work with corporate functions including logistics, engineering, human resources, and finance What makes you great Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required You have 5-10 years management experience Cylinder gas operations experience required You have strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to travel a minimum of 50% Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
