Job Summary Grafton Winery the Vineyards is looking for an experienced, energetic Hospitality and Tasting Room Manager to lead our guest experience and tasting room team. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and ensure exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while delivering memorable experiences to our guests in a beautiful vineyard setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the hospitality team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Drive wine, beverage, food and wine club membership sales. Manage daily operations of the tasting room, including shift scheduling, inventory control, and POS system transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation and service. Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Pay:

From $45,000.00 per year
