About Us Defiant Health is a health and longevity-focused med spa in Lisle, IL, where aesthetics, regenerative therapies, and functional medicine come together under one roof. We go beyond the traditional med spa model with an integrated menu that includes neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, plus medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and much more. The Opportunity We are seeking a warm, organized Patient Coordinator to be the first face and voice of Defiant. You'll set the tone for every client experience, keep our schedule running smoothly, and support a team at the forefront of wellness and longevity. Why Join Defiant?

Meaningful Work:
Help clients feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their health. What You'll Do Maintain a professional appearance at all times Provide enthusiasm, empathy, and warm hospitality to every client Check clients in and out, obtain consent forms, pull charts, and file Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls Update the practice CRM and client electronic records accurately Address and troubleshoot client concerns and complaints Collect and handle payments Assist with marketing tasks (local events, social media, etc.) Stay up to date on social media trends and posting schedule Help disinfect and prep treatment rooms between clients to keep appointments on time Stock brochures and replenish office supplies Place and track order for medical supplies and products Monitor stock levels Keep the facility clean and neat daily What We're Looking For Passion for the health and wellness industry Excellent phone and listening skills Trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable Team player who can also work independently Strong multitasker with exceptional attention to detail Completes tasks on time and accurately Excellent computer and data entry skills (Word, Excel, email) Respects client privacy and understands discretion (HIPAA) Compensation & Benefits Employee rates on services and products Ongoing training and professional development Growth opportunities as we expand into new markets
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
