We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Admissions Director to lead our patient intake and enrollment processes across 2 of our healthcare facilities. This vital role involves overseeing the entire admissions operation, ensuring a seamless experience for residents while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and managing the administrative team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in skilled nursing. Responsibilities Oversee the coordination of resident admission Ensure compliance with

HIPAA, JCAHO

standards, health regulation policies, and other legal requirements related to patient records and confidentiality Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow from initial contact through treatment planning and follow-up Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in medical administrative support functions and optimize patient experience Maintain accurate medical records management, including electronic health records (EHR) systems, medical terminology accuracy, and documentation standards Stay informed on healthcare management best practices, managed care policies, utilization management protocols, and hospital or clinic accreditation standards Requirements Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar platforms Experience working in various healthcare environments including acute care hospitals or skilled nursing facilities.
