Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our physical therapy clinics, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Perform patient evaluations and care, integrating hands-on therapy with strategic management. Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion. Develop strategies for practice growth with a focus on serving diverse and underserved populations. Manage clinic financials and resources, aligning them with our mission of accessible, high-quality care. Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient services and integrated care.

Schedule:

Full time - Monday to Friday, including two evenings to accommodate patient needs.

Skills:

Extensive experience practicing in a physical therapy role with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and treatment modalities such as trigger point therapy Proven ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs while adhering to clinical documentation standards Skilled in discharge planning, outpatient rehabilitation techniques, and working with geriatric patients in various settings including outpatient clinics and home health environments Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems or electronic medical records (EMR), with a focus on accurate physical therapy documentation Excellent client communication skills to educate patients about their treatment plans and progress Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation center operations with experience in orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and inpatient hospital settings Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Join our team as a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist-Skokie if you are passionate about making a difference through innovative care delivery while leading a dedicated team committed to improving lives.
