What You'll Do:

Welcome patients warmly in person—especially new families—and over the phone. Schedule new and existing patient appointments. Verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and present financial arrangements clearly. Translate clinical terms into clear, understandable options and address patient questions or concerns. Collaborate with the doctor and patients regarding treatment plans and options. Manage care coordination by scheduling start appointments and ensuring a smooth transition into active care. No direct orthodontic experience? No problem—we are happy to train a candidate with the right energy and aptitude. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or the service industry looking to bring their people skills into a clinical setting!
