LifeSpring Health System is seeking a Mental Health Case Manager at our new AOT program in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. The Case Manager will provide services to adults with mental illness and/or addiction through individual and group modalities. A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field is highly preferred; direct experience will be considered in lieu of education. Experience providing AOT or working with the courts is highly desired. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
