The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create an exceptional patient experience while supporting practice growth through consultation follow-up, patient retention, service recommendations, and product sales. Key Responsibilities Partner with providers to present and reinforce treatment recommendations Educate patients on services, treatment plans, and retail products Convert consultations into booked procedures, treatment packages, and product sales Build long-term patient relationships that encourage retention and repeat business Check patients in and out while delivering a high-end customer experience Coordinate follow-up appointments and rebooking opportunities Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate documentation Serve as the primary liaison between patients and providers Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and effectively Assist with daily medical spa operations, including opening and closing procedures Communicate with patients via phone, email, and in person Adapt consultation and sales presentations based on patient goals and provider recommendations Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology or healthcare sales environment Strong knowledge of customer service and relationship-building strategies Experience handling patient scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing treatment options and supporting provider recommendations
