Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator A well established, growing dental group is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the front-line connection between patients, families, and the clinical team. Company name and specific location details will be shared with candidates who advance in the process. What You'll Do Greet patients and families and manage the front desk experience Schedule and confirm appointments, manage recalls, and reduce no shows Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Communicate treatment plans and estimated costs clearly to families Coordinate between clinical staff and families to keep the schedule running smoothly Handle patient inquiries by phone, email, and in person with a high level of professionalism Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system Support billing and front office staff as needed What We're Looking For Prior experience in a dental or medical front office role Familiarity with dental insurance, scheduling systems, and patient communication Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with children and families Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced front desk Discretion and professionalism, this search is confidential Why This Role Join a growing dental group with a strong reputation for patient care and a supportive team culture
