the Counseling Program Supervisor Catholic Charities, Diocese of Covington Full‑Time Exempt On‑site (Covington, KY) Catholic Charities is seeking a mission‑driven, clinically experienced leader to guide our outpatient counseling program. If you're passionate about high‑quality mental health care, trauma‑informed practice, and supporting clinicians in their growth, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff, including clinicians pursuing independent licensure Oversee program coordination, quality assurance, and compliance Support staff development, training, and performance Deliver direct outpatient counseling services (approx. 75%) Participate in agency leadership as part of the Management Team Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work or related field LCSW required (LCSW‑Supervisor preferred) 5+ years clinical experience 3-5 years supervisory or program leadership experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Experience with diverse populations and trauma‑informed care Organized, collaborative, and committed to high‑quality service Preferred LCSW‑Supervisor certification Experience in Catholic or nonprofit environments Familiarity with accreditation standards (COA, Joint Commission, etc.) Why Work With Us Catholic Charities offers a supportive, mission‑centered environment where clinicians can grow professionally while serving individuals and families with compassion and excellence.
