We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead our Lyndon location. The Home Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional experience for our residents and their families. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about senior care and creating a positive, supportive home-like environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures Oversee resident care, programming, and engagement activities Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and operational workflow Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families and stakeholders Maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residentsQualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old Must successfully complete the Bee Hive Home's manager training, including Bee Hive orientation Must have a high school diploma or GED Must not have been convicted of a felony offense relating to theft, abuse, sexual crimes, the sale of illegal drugs, or a felony or misdemeanor offense related to the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an adult Must be able to lift weights in excess of 25 pounds. A back belt is available to assist in lifting Must have some managerial experience Must attest to the fact that the employee has no communicable diseases, open skin lesions, or other health problems that would interfere with the individual's job performance. Proven experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare management preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements in assisted living Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team Compassionate, resident-focused mindsetWhy Join Beehive:
