Job Description
As a Clinical Team Leader at Benevis Dental, you will guide a multidisciplinary dental care team to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered services. You will coordinate daily clinical operations, optimize patient flow, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards. Partnering closely with dentists, hygienists, and support staff, you will provide coaching, training, and feedback to build skills and engagement. You will champion continuous improvement, support new clinical initiatives, and foster a collaborative culture focused on access to quality dental care and community impact. Responsibilities Lead and supervise clinical dental staff to ensure high-quality patient care Coordinate daily clinical operations, schedules, and patient flow Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulations Support dentists and hygienists with clinical procedures and patient management Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance Monitor clinical quality metrics and implement process improvements Collaborate with administrative and operational leaders to optimize efficiency Address patient concerns and promote a positive patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records Support implementation of new clinical technologies and best practices Required Skills Clinical operations management Dental practice workflows Infection control and OSHA compliance Electronic dental/health records (EHR/EDR) Staff scheduling and resource planning Quality assurance and clinical auditing Patient flow and throughput management Team leadership and performance coaching Regulatory compliance in healthcare Data-driven process improvement
