Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Health Center Administrator Sea Mar Community Health Centers Exempt | Non-Union Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Health Center Administrator to lead the operations of our medical and dental clinics. This leader will ensure high-quality, integrated care for underserved communities while advancing health equity, access, and service excellence. The Health Center Administrator oversees daily operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment where multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver exceptional care. Success in this role requires balancing operational discipline with compassion — ensuring strong productivity and financial sustainability while protecting the patient experience and supporting staff development.
