DYNAMIC CLINICAL
LEADERSHIP and an engaging team approach Overview Colony Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Clinical Managers for the facility's East Unit. The role would require management and oversight of the daily operations of the unit, which is a 41-bed wing with populations of short-term patients receiving skilled nursing and rehabilitative services; and long-term residents who call Colony their home. The position operates under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing Services. The ideal candidate is experienced in short- and long-term care clinical operations, including supervision of staff, compliance with federal and state regulations, and provision of exceptional patient care. Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the East Unit;
- Supervise facility staff and provide leadership and guidance;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards;
- Oversee medical management processes and procedures;
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care;
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize efficiency of facility systems;
- Handle patient inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner. Qualifications
- Must hold a valid, current, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MA
- Proven experience in nurse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of long-term care facility procedures and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Familiarity with PointClickCare or equivalent electronic health records (EHR) systems The position is Full-Time, Benefit-Eligible, Salaried, 40 hours per week.

$93,600.00- $99,840.
