As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where adults can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence. Your Impact
  • Support adults with daily routines , including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication.
  • Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, socialization, and skill-building.
  • Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior.
  • Partner with clinical, familial , and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and program transitions. What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid and current U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required .
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
