Job Description

Note:
Saturday Required This Isn't Corporate Dentistry. And It's Definitely Not "Just Another Assistant Job." If you're looking for a fast-paced, volume-driven office where patients feel rushed and hygienists are treated like production machines… this probably isn't the right fit. But if you're a Patient Coordinator who values: Building genuine patient relationships Clinical excellence and comprehensive care A calm, supportive, spa-like environment Working alongside a team that truly enjoys what they do Being respected as a healthcare professional …you may have just found your place. About Us We've intentionally built a modern, fully digital practice centered around one core mission: Deliver an exceptional patient experience — every single time. Our office combines advanced technology with a hospitality-driven atmosphere that patients immediately notice and appreciate. More importantly, we've created a culture where team members support one another, communicate openly, and take pride in providing outstanding care. Why Our Team Loves Working Here Modern, spa-like environment patients rave about Fully digital workflows including CBCT and iTero technology Quality-focused care — not high-volume dentistry A positive, collaborative culture with strong leadership support Time to educate, connect with, and truly care for patients A practice that invests in people, growth, and long-term success The Role The Patient Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients when they check in, helping them schedule their visits, answering the phone and doing everything possible to make the patient feel cared for. Some dental experience in a clinical setting is desired; experience with Curve Dental preferred but not necessary as we can train the right candidate. Who Thrives Here You'll likely fit in well if you: Take pride in your ability to provide exceptional patient care Value relationships over rushing through appointments Bring positivity, professionalism, and strong communication skills Want to grow within a practice that values culture as much as clinical excellence Are looking for something more meaningful than "just a job" Compensation & Benefits $24.00 - $29.00 per hour Paid time off (Full Time Only) Health insurance (Full Time Only) 401k (Full Time Only) Dental benefits CE Reimbursement Employee referral program Final Thought There are plenty of Patient Coordinator jobs out there.
