Patient Care Coordinator | Burlington, MA $25-$35/hour | Full-Time This isn't your typical medical office position. At A Step Ahead Prosthetics & Orthotics, our patients come through our doors working toward getting back to the things they love—and our Patient Care Coordinator is often one of the first people they meet. We're looking for someone with energy, personality, and exceptional people skills who can make patients feel welcome while keeping a fast-moving office organized and on track. You'll connect with patients, coordinate appointments and follow-ups, work alongside our clinical and billing teams, and capture photos and videos of patients using their prosthetic and orthotic devices.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who is: Naturally outgoing and great with people Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Confident communicating by phone, email, and in person Comfortable taking photos and videos Able to juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed Proactive—you notice what needs to be done and do it Professional, positive, and ready to be part of a team Healthcare experience is a plus, but personality, communication skills, and the ability to learn are just as important to us.
THE DETAILS
Burlington, Massachusetts $25-$35/hour, based on experience
Monday-Thursday:
7:30 AM-4:00
PM Friday:

Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.5 per week
