This is more than a front-desk role - it is a key position within our practice that provides an opportunity to build a long-term career in healthcare administration. This position is a full time position (30 hours), three days per week, with occasional weekends and holidays. We are looking for a polished professional who values teamwork and who takes pride in creating a welcoming and patient centered experience. About the Role As a Patient Care Coordinator , you'll be the face of our practice and the first point of contact for our families. You will set the tone for each patient interaction - welcoming patients and families, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the office. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner Schedule appointments to optimize patient flow and provider availability Answer and route incoming calls promptly using a multi-line phone system Collect co-pays and provide clear, respectful communication regarding billing and insurance information to patients Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance data in our EHR system (EPIC) Support office operations through filing, scanning, photocopying, and general clerical tasks Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care Uphold strict HIPPA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
