Our Mission Momentum Wellness Centers is a new, mission-driven behavioral health organization providing integrated Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and mental health day treatment services in Haverhill. Our Recovery Without Shame philosophy is rooted in dignity, purpose, personal growth, hope, and long-term recovery. Momentum is also committed to accessible, culturally responsive care, including Spanish-language services. We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Director who wants more than a traditional leadership position. This is an opportunity to become one of Momentum's core founding team members and help build the clinical program, standards of care, team, and culture from the ground up. You will work closely with Momentum's founders, executive leadership and directors with real influence over the systems and decisions that define the organization. The Opportunity Reports to:

Executive Director The Clinical Director oversees clinical operations, supervision, program development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, ensuring services remain effective, ethical, patient-centered, and aligned with Momentum's mission and standards of care. What You'll Help Build

• Tailored clinical programming and evidence-based treatment models across IOP, PHP, and mental health day treatment
• Supervision of a treatment-team, documentation, charting, and quality-improvement systems
• EHR workflows, forms, assessments, consent processes, policies, and compliance infrastructure
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staff development, training, credentialing, and performance management
• Referral relationships, community partnerships, and culturally responsive care
• Scalable clinical programs and standards that can support future programs and locations Who We're Looking For A clinically strong, entrepreneurial leader who is energized by the opportunity to create - not simply inherit - a clinical program.

We value someone who identifies problems, proposes solutions, takes ownership, and can translate clinical expertise into practical systems while building a collaborative, accountable culture. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
• Clinical licensure and appropriate supervision credential/licensure, such as LICSW, LMHC, LADC1, or similar
• At least 5 years of behavioral health/addiction treatment experience preferred, ideally in an outpatient setting
• Supervisory and clinical leadership experience preferred; startup or early-stage experience is a plus Compensation, Benefits & Growth In addition to base compensation and standard benefits, eligible Clinical Directors may participate in performance-based bonuses and growth incentives tied to clinical outcomes, documentation quality, utilization goals, staff development, and program growth.
