Our Mission Momentum Wellness Centers is a new, mission-driven behavioral health organization providing integrated Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and mental health day treatment services in Haverhill. We are looking for an exceptional Program Director who wants more than a traditional operations role. This is an opportunity to become one of Momentum's core founding employees and help build the organization, operating systems, team culture, and client experience from the ground up. You will collaborate with Momentum's founders and executive leadership to be a meaningful voice in operational strategy, hiring, culture, programming, and growth.

The Opportunity Reports to:

Executive Director or Governing Body The Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for Momentum's IOP, PHP, and mental health day treatment programming. Working closely with the Clinical Director and executive team, this role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory readiness, strong team culture, and a professional environment for clients and staff. What You'll Help Build

• Day-to-day facility operations and a high-quality, dignified client experience
• Policies, procedures, and systems aligned with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• Strategic plans supporting program growth, operational excellence, outcomes, and quality improvement
• Leadership rhythms, communication, accountability, documentation, reporting, reimbursement, and administrative compliance
• Hiring, orientation, staff development, evaluations, competency management, and team culture
• Scalable operating systems that can support future programs and additional new locations Who We're Looking For A strong, entrepreneurial operator who is energized by the opportunity to create - not simply manage - systems and culture.

We value someone who sees problems early, builds solutions, takes ownership, and combines sound judgment with operational discipline, financial awareness, change leadership, team development, and flexibility. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred in social work, counseling, human services, business administration, or a closely related field
• At least 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use treatment environment required
• Leadership, operational, and team-development experience required; startup or growth-stage experience preferred Compensation, Benefits & Growth In addition to base compensation and standard benefits, eligible Program Directors may participate in performance-based bonuses and growth incentives tied to program growth, quality outcomes, operational performance, and organizational milestones.
