Job Description

LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT-WIDE ADMINISTRATOR OF INCLUSIVE PRACTICES
Leominster Public Schools is seeking an Administrator of Inclusive Practices to support a co-teaching model and small-group intervention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Valid Massachusetts administrator license (K - 8 preferred) Extensive experience with special education, inclusive teaching practices, supporting a co-teaching model and small-group interventions. 5 years + of administrative experience in evaluations and coaching Effectively implement professional development and data-centered professional learning communities (PLCs) Experience supporting students through student-centered lessons, with a focus on inclusive practices Strong knowledge of the MA state standards and the effective teaching and learning practices that promote success for all learners, including the ability to: Implement tasks that promote reasoning and problem-solving Pose purposeful questions Support productive struggle in learning Elicit and use evidence of student thinking Use data to inform instruction and intervention Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support teachers in inclusive practices Please submit transcripts, resume, references and DESE Licensure.
