Leominster, MA Working Hours:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Referral Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and manage various responsibilities, including document review, portal management, and patient and doctor support. This position requires excellent multi-tasking skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Multi-tasking:
Manage multiple platforms, including Parachute, DME scripts, SNAP, and facility-specific portals. Handle Brightree patient collections, including processing payments or deposits.
Document Review:
Review and verify prescriptions, sleep studies, and office visit notes. Ensure all qualifying documentation for therapy is accurate and complete. Maintain document control and perform welcome calls for new patients. Provide administrative support to medical doctors (MDs).
High-Volume Workload Management:
Process new orders, manage task notes, schedule clinics, and compile compliance reports.
Call Center Support:
Serve as a point of contact for calls from doctors and patients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail for document review and verification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling patient and doctor interactions. Previous experience with Brightree, Parachute, DME scripts, or similar platforms is preferred. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
