  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC).
Eliot's innovative CBHC program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. In this role, you will oversee and lead administrative and clinical functions of your team. This means tracking service delivery and support use for people dealing with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. You'll provide leadership and guidance to CBHC staff, making sure all care stays focused on the clients we serve.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to staff, ensuring sound clinical judgment in responding to client needs, acuity and risk. Monitor overall service delivery, utilization, and resource deployment to meet the needs of clients. Ensure client and family-centered care, with interventions aligned to individual preferences and needs Provide supervision and guidance to supervisees to support targeted treatment interventions and therapies. Qualifications:
Requires an Independent Clinical License (LICSW, LMHC etc.) in Massachusetts. Must have 5 years experience working with the population. Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting. Strong Clinical, advocacy, communication and facilitation skills.
