Our services include IVF, IUI, egg freezing, egg donation, surrogacy, and genetic testing, with dedicated support for LGBTQ+ family building, single parents, and fertility preservation. The Role We are hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join the front office team at our Reading, MA center. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will keep each day running smoothly by managing calls, scheduling, and patient check-in and check-out. This role is a great fit for someone friendly, organized, and steady in a busy healthcare setting. What You'll Do You will be the welcoming, organized presence that keeps every patient visit on track. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Schedule patient visits and procedures, and confirm upcoming appointments Greet patients and visitors, and complete patient check-in and check-out Respond to routine questions and provide general practice information Process medical records requests Fax, file, and scan documents to keep patient records accurate and current Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager What We're Looking For Experience working in a professional healthcare setting Medical office and medical records experience (1 year preferred) Experience with EMR systems, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and multi-line phone systems (1 year preferred) Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence with patients Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced front office Schedule This is a full-time, hourly, on-site position at our Reading, MA center.
Scheduled hours vary:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This role also works one weekend per month, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Pay Range:
