Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Front Desk/TMS Technician to join their growing team. This role blends administrative and clinical support — managing daily front-desk operations while also administering TMS treatments (training and certification provided)
Location:
Wakefield, MA Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay :
$25-27/hour
Duration :
Direct hire! Responsibilities Front Desk & Administrative Duties Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, welcoming manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations Collect copays and manage patient balances Support billing workflows, including claims follow-up and payment posting Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff Provide general office and administrative support Clinical Support — TMS Technician Duties Learn and administer TMS treatments in accordance with clinical protocols (training/certification provided) Complete safety checks and maintain accurate documentation Monitor and support patient comfort during treatment sessions Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or behavioral health office (e.g., front desk, medical assistant, clinical coordinator) Strong knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication Familiarity with billing and collections processes Willingness to learn and perform TMS treatments under supervision Hire Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
