The front desk is the heart of our pediatric practice here at Parker Place. Our Patient Service Coordinators play a critical role in creating a warm, organized, and positive experience for children and families every day. Healthcare experience is not required. What matters most to us is your work ethic, reliability, and how you treat people. That said, this role is particularly well suited to someone early in their career who is interested in gaining experience in healthcare administration and medical practice operations. Most importantly, your priority will be to keep our front office running smoothly and our patient flow moving! We'll train you on everything you need to know - just bring a great attitude and a desire to learn! Requirements At least 1 year of customer service experience (any industry) Consistent weekday availability (our practice is open from 8:30am-6pm) Reliable transportation to Annapolis High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications (Not Required!) As mentioned previously, we offer comprehensive training. However, we definitely consider it a bonus if you're bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or have any medical office experience. Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time, hourly position starting at $18 per hour, with incremental increases over your first 6 months based on performance and attendance.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are very important in this position because we are a small, closely coordinated team and unexpected absences directly affect our coworkers and daily operations.
