Duties Provide clinical oversight for outpatient services tailored to children and adolescents, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Supervise and mentor social service program staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and patient care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning utilizing EMR/EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Lead clinical supervision sessions, offering guidance on case management, applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques. Coordinate crisis management efforts, including crisis intervention and emergency response planning for youth experiencing acute mental health episodes or trauma. Facilitate training on medical documentation, medical terminology, and data collection to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that incorporate behavioral health strategies such as PTSD care, autism support, addiction counseling, Alzheimer's care, and developmental disabilities. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing evidence-based practices in mental health services and supporting staff professional development. Requirements Valid LCSW license with experience working directly with children and adolescents in outpatient settings. Proven supervisory experience leading social service program staff within behavioral health or mental health organizations. Strong knowledge of clinical counseling modalities including behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Experience working with diverse populations such as individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, substance use disorders, Alzheimer's disease, and pediatrics. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols in community or hospital environments. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems along with understanding of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for working with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners.
