Location:
Capitol Healthcare LLC•Ellicott City, MD Capitol Healthcare LLC is currently seeking a part-time medical receptionist/administrator to join our growing Speech and Occupational Therapy clinic in Ellicott City, MD. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Promptly answering phone calls and responding to text messages to manage appointment scheduling in a fast-paced environment Greeting patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor Scheduling and confirming appointments Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining referrals Collecting co-payments and managing billing-related inquiries Maintaining front desk organization and supporting clinic cleanliness Performing various administrative and front desk duties as needed
Position Details:
Hours:
10-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance
Work Environment:
In-office position in a newly renovated clinic space
Pay Rate:
$16•19 per hour, depending on experience

Who We're Looking For:
Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic clinical setting Comfortable working with children and families Experience in a medical office or therapy clinic is preferred but not required Passionate about helping children and making a difference in their care experience
