Founding Clinic Director, BCBA New ABA Center Opening in
Salisbury, Maryland Salary:
$100,000-$120,000 per year, plus sign-on bonus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through
Friday Location:
Salisbury, MD, on-site Big Dreamers ABA is preparing to open a new center in the Salisbury area, and we're looking for an experienced BCBA to lead it from the beginning. This is not just another BCBA position. You'll help establish the clinical standard, build and develop the team, shape clinic operations, and play a major role in what the center becomes. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day clinical operations of the Salisbury center Supervise, mentor, and support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff Work closely with our QA and leadership teams to maintain strong clinical standards Oversee treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, progress monitoring, and clinical programming Lead case reviews and provide regular performance feedback to clinicians Help recruit, onboard, and develop the clinic team Partner with intake and operations to support steady, responsible clinic growth Build relationships with referral sources, schools, providers, and community organizations Ensure compliance with BACB standards, Maryland regulations, payer requirements, and company policies Carry a limited billable caseload that decreases as the clinic grows and leadership responsibilities increase Help create a positive, organized, and supportive clinic culture What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing Active Maryland LBA, or eligibility to obtain one before starting At least three years of pediatric ABA experience, preferably in a clinic-based setting At least two years of supervisory, management, or clinical leadership experience Previous experience helping manage or operate an ABA clinic Strong knowledge of FBAs, treatment planning, BIP development, supervision, and clinical documentation Ability to lead people while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CentralReach preferred Working knowledge of Maryland Medicaid and commercial insurance preferred Ability to balance clinical quality, staff development, family experience, and operational goals Compensation and Benefits $100,000-$120,000 base salary Sign-on bonus Performance-based bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Annual CEU stipend Employee referral bonuses Quarterly designated remote-work days Strong opportunities for professional and leadership growth Why Big Dreamers ABA?
