WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be the heartbeat of our scheduling operation — matching skilled caregivers with the clients who need them most. Every schedule you build directly impacts someone's quality of life. If you thrive in a fast-moving office where your work genuinely matters, this role is for you. No field work. No nights. A predictable weekday schedule with occasional paid Saturdays (and a comp day off when that happens).

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

High touch comminucation with clients, professionals and contacts Match and schedule professional caregivers to client needs with accuracy and urgency Advocate and problem solve daily for clients, families, and caregivers Keep schedules updated and communicate changes quickly across the team Manage busy phone lines with professionalism and care Track service delivery and flag issues to ensure every client gets timely, quality care Daily input data management in software Follow HIPAA, payor, and Joint Commission requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ to 5 years of experience in customer service, care coordination, healthcare scheduling, or a similar role Genuine compassion for aging, disabled, and youth populations Strong organizational skills — calm, focused, and accurate when things get busy Able to multi-task in fast enviroment Comfortable on phones and confident communicating with clients and clinical staff Solid computer skills and comfort learning scheduling software High school diploma or equivalent; college experience a plus Must pass a background check and car required
