Job Description

Description:
We are looking for a positive, organized, experienced case manager with supervisory experience to help manage our largest program. They will support our Program Manager with administrative tasks, directly supervise our 5 BHH care managers based out of our Bangor office, train new team members and carry a reduced case load themselves. The position is based in Bangor and requires a diplomatic and mature team player. This role is part of our agency wide leadership. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to assigned BHH Care Managers. Work with the Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor of the BHH Team. Conduct regular individual supervision meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback. Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new staff. Complete performance evaluations and assist with performance improvement plans when necessary. Provide guidance regarding client care, crisis intervention, and complex case management situations. Complete audits and ensure documentation is accurate and compliance standards are being met. Maintain their case load, see clients in person and asssist them in accessing resources, supports and making progress on their goals.
Requirements:
Education Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field required. MHRT/C Experience Minimum of three years of case management or behavioral health experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience working within Maine's Behavioral Health Home program strongly preferred. Strong leadership, problem solving and team building skills.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong all around computer skills
