What You ll Do Coordinate surgical consultations, procedures, scheduling, and case flow Communicate with clients regarding treatment plans, estimates, medications, and post-operative care Maintain accurate medical records and follow-up information Prepare discharge instructions, medications, and paperwork Serve as a key point of contact for clients and the surgical team Help ensure patients and families receive clear, compassionate support What We re Looking For Veterinary experience required; surgical or specialty experience preferred Veterinary Technician or Assistant background preferred Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills Strong client service and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach Schedule & Compensation Full-time Sunday Wednesday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, or Wednesday Saturday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM Some holidays required $22 $34/hour, based on experience and licensure Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance PTO, holiday pay, and paid volunteer hours 401(k) with employer match Uniform allowance and personal pet discount Paid continuing education and professional development Ready to be part of a growing specialty practice?
