Our Michigan program is set to open soon, and you'd be building it from the ground up — hiring your team, opening the doors, and creating the referral engine that fills it. Michigan would be yours to run. Two things matter to us more than anything else on a résumé: You've held P&L responsibility for an outpatient behavioral health program billing commercial insurance . You've been personally accountable for census — you've owned the number, not just clinical quality or the compliance file. About BetWell Health BetWell Health is a for-profit behavioral health company launching hybrid (in-person and virtual) PHP, IOP, and outpatient programming for adults, with a specialty track in gambling disorder. Michigan is a strictly commercial-payer market for us. We are siting the program on the

corridor in southeast Michigan — Livingston, western Oakland, or Washtenaw County — for its proximity to detox and inpatient referral sources and the thin competition in adult dual-diagnosis commercial PHP/IOP. Final site selection is in progress, and the Executive Director will have input on it. Our gambling disorder track is a referral and network-adequacy differentiator, not a separate billing line — revenue flows through co-occurring SUD and mental health diagnoses. You do not need gambling experience. You need to be able to sell a program. What you'll own Census. Admissions volume, conversion from inquiry to admit, and length of stay against authorization. This is the job. Everything else supports it. Business development. Hospital and detox discharge planners, outpatient providers, EAPs, courts and probation, employers, and community organizations. You will be in the field building these relationships personally in the first six months, not delegating them. P&L. Operating budget, labor as a percent of net revenue, and margin. We hold a firm minimum margin floor and you will be accountable to it. Staffing. Recruit, hire, and manage the site team. You will build the staffing matrix against census and level-of-care mix, and flex it as the program ramps. Payer and utilization performance. Partner with our RCM vendor and clinical leadership on VOB, authorization, concurrent review, and denial patterns. You don't have to run UR yourself, but you have to understand what a payer-driven LOS compression does to your revenue and staff accordingly. Licensing and accreditation readiness. Managed with our licensing consultant. You are the operational owner on the ground.
