) We are NOT a traditional chiropractic clinic. We are a knee, foot, mobility, and neuropathy-focused clinic that works primarily with the elderly community. Our patients are seniors who struggle with balance, walking, nerve pain, strength, and independence. This role requires patience, compassion, warmth, and confidence working with older adults every single day. If you are not comfortable working closely with seniors, this is not the role for you.WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Greeting and assisting elderly patients with warmth and professionalism
- Creating a calm, welcoming, and organized front desk experience
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing clinic flow
- Collecting payments and confidently handling financial transactions
- Supporting patients emotionally and helping them feel safe and cared for
- Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- Taking initiative to help wherever needed — this is a team environment
- Participating in ongoing training as systems and processes improve
SCHEDULE & PAY
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Occasional events or seminars
- Salary based on experience
