This vital role involves managing care services, ensuring compliance with health regulations, supervising staff, and fostering a warm, respectful environment for residents. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in long-term care, nursing home administration, and senior living facility management, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of the assisted living community, ensuring high-quality resident care aligned with state and federal regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that address residents' medical, emotional, and social needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. Supervise staff members across various departments, including nursing, caregiving, administrative support, and housekeeping; foster a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with health regulation policies related to long-term care and assisted living standards. Oversee financial operations such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency. Maintain resident rights by promoting dignity, independence, and personalized care in accordance with legal standards. Coordinate with healthcare providers for medication administration, health assessments, and emergency response procedures. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, staff scheduling, and communication purposes. Manage disability services and ensure accessibility accommodations are met for all residents. Foster strong relationships with residents' families to keep them informed and engaged in their loved ones' care. Qualifications Proven experience in nursing home or assisted living facility administration with a strong background in long-term care management. Extensive knowledge of dementia care, memory care programs, Alzheimer's disease support strategies, and resident's rights. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams within healthcare or residential care settings. Familiarity with health regulation policies governing assisted living communities and long-term care facilities. Strong financial acumen with experience in healthcare financial management and budgeting processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting purposes. Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or home & community care experience is highly desirable. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of quality care delivery. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
