We've been serving families in Macomb and Oakland County, both in-home and in-clinic, for over 24 years. We're clinician-owned, which means the people making decisions actually know what it's like to be in your shoes. No corporate red tape. No one-size-fits-all mandates. No billable-hour targets that quietly decide your clinical calls for you. Just a collaborative team of 85+ therapists across ABA, OT, PT, and Speech, working together across our Shelby and Clinton Township locations and in homes throughout the region. This role is focused on our Oakland County in-home ABA program — the setting where skills actually have to generalize, where caregivers are your partners, and where good clinical leadership makes the biggest difference. You'll lead and build out the in-home team while carrying your own caseload, so you stay connected to the clinical work you love. You won't be dropped in the deep end. For up to your first 90 days, you'll train on-site with our established Macomb County team at our Clinton Township clinic — learning our systems, clinical standards, and people before you take the reins in Oakland County. Even after onboarding, this role includes ongoing on-site presence in Clinton Township for team meetings, collaboration, and clinic-based client needs. Our newest Clinton Township facility was designed with both kids and clinicians in mind: private treatment rooms, sensory spaces, rock-climbing walls, and spacious therapy gyms. If you're an experienced BCBA ready to mentor a team, shape programs, and still do hands-on clinical work, we'd love to hear from you.
