Minimum of 4 hours after 5:00 PM each week Position Overview Seeking an experienced Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Supervisor to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of its IDD program. This leadership role is responsible for providing clinical and staff supervision, managing crisis situations, ensuring compliance with treatment and documentation standards, and supporting high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compensation $35.60

• $48.17/hour , based on licensing and experience. Additional incentive pay may be available. Required Licensure Candidates must hold one of the following full Michigan licenses : LMSW
• Licensed Master Social Worker LLP
• Limited Licensed Psychologist LPC
• Licensed Professional Counselor Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.

Provide ongoing staff supervision, coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Manage and respond to clinical and program-related crisis situations. Review treatment records and reports and provide direction for documentation improvement. Manage staffing activities, including interviewing, hiring recommendations, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain appropriate documentation. Supervise case consultations and support clinical decision-making. Ensure compliance with Habilitation Waiver, Children's Waiver , and other funding requirements. Monitor staff credentials, training, and competency requirements. Train staff on electronic medical record systems and provide ongoing EMR support. Review EMR reports related to productivity, waivers, and program performance. Participate in Total Quality Management and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure program and clinical records meet applicable accreditation and regulatory standards. Assess community needs and coordinate appropriate services. Assess the need for psychiatric, psychological, and case management services and monitor service delivery. Support Person-Centered Planning practices throughout the program. Collaborate with Program Directors, Finance, and other departments to meet program and funding requirements. Prepare required reports, referrals, documentation, and other administrative materials. Participate in agency committees, community meetings, conferences, and professional training. Maintain required annual training and professional competencies. Provide leadership and support during crisis situations. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Active Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC license. Minimum 1 year of experience treating/evaluating children and adolescents . Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and utilizing relevant treatment modalities. Must meet requirements for Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire. Valid driver's license and favorable driving record. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively with individuals receiving psychiatric and specialized services. Ability to manage crisis situations appropriately. Commitment to culturally competent, nonjudgmental, person-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of supervisory experience Experience working with Habilitation or Children's Waivers Experience with electronic medical records Experience in an intellectual/developmental disabilities program Experience with clinical documentation and quality improvement
