The PCC partners with staff, providers, and nursing leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered vascular access care across the organization. A Day in the Life Coordinate daily VAS operations, staffing, and patient assignments. Support a team of vascular access nurses who provide specialized vascular access services throughout the hospital. Collaborate with providers, nursing units, and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes. Coach and mentor staff through education and professional development.
