This is a unique leadership opportunity for a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about mentoring clinicians, developing high-quality services, and helping individuals and families navigate complex behavioral and mental health challenges. As Clinical Director, you will oversee a team of Clinical Specialists and Positive Support Professionals providing intensive in-home stabilization, crisis prevention, positive supports, and family-focused services throughout Dakota, Hennepin, and Scott Counties. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Clinical Specialists and Positive Support Professionals. Promote high-quality, person-centered service delivery across all programs. Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture. Supervision and Staff Development Provide individual and group clinical supervision. Mentor team members in professional growth and licensure development. Complete performance evaluations and ongoing coaching. Facilitate regular team meetings that encourage learning, innovation, and problem-solving. Program Oversight Assign and manage caseloads while ensuring balanced workloads. Monitor service quality, clinical documentation, compliance, and billing accuracy. Provide consultation regarding complex behavioral and mental health cases. Participate in crisis planning and intervention support. Recruitment and Team Growth Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of clinical staff. Support succession planning and development of emerging leaders within the organization. Community Collaboration Build strong relationships with families, guardians, case managers, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners. Represent JEC Miller professionally within the community and interdisciplinary teams. Required QualificationsEducation & Licensure Master's Degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active and unrestricted Minnesota licensure as:

LICSW LP LPCC LMFT

Approved Minnesota Board Supervisor or eligible to provide clinical supervision toward licensure. Preferred Experience We're especially interested in candidates who have experience working with: Developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders Positive support services Behavioral health and mental health treatment Family systems and caregiver coaching Crisis intervention and stabilization services Children, adolescents, adults, and families with complex support needs Additional preferred qualifications include: Clinical supervision experience Assessment and treatment planning experience Strong documentation and compliance knowledge Experience with electronic health records and technology platforms Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills What Makes You Successful in This Role?
