About the Role We are looking for a true "people person" to be the heartbeat of our clinic. As our Front Office Coordinator , you are the first and last face our patients see. This isn't just about answering phones and scheduling appointments; it's about making someone's day better from the moment they walk through our doors. We know that specificity gives better probability of success. You will succeed here if you possess an eagle-eye attention to detail for handling schedules, statistics, and patient care plans, paired with an infectious, positive energy.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Greet every patient and manage the front desk with genuine warmth, empathy, and absolute professionalism. Master the

Answer phone calls and text messages promptly, ensuring no patient feels forgotten.
Keep Us Moving:
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments seamlessly using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Extend the
Care:
Proactively recall patients who are due or overdue for care because we genuinely care about their healing journey. Support the
Journey:
Cheerfully assist with care plan discussions, answer billing questions, and process payments with care and accuracy. Own the
Details:
Maintain precise, confidential, HIPAA-compliant patient records. Scan documents and update daily and monthly office statistics to help us track our growth. Who You Are (Qualifications)

Tech-Savvy Multitasker:
You are highly comfortable using computers, navigation systems, EHR software, and looking at basic spreadsheets or reports.

You love learning new things and continuously evolving your skills.
Experience:
Previous front office or healthcare experience is preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right person if you bring the heart, attitude, and work ethic.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
