Duties Greet patients warmly and manage all aspects of patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and friendliness Coordinate appointment scheduling using patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems to optimize daily operations Handle phone inquiries and client communication efficiently, providing prompt responses to questions about treatments or billing Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, updating patient information, and managing electronic health records to ensure data accuracy Experience Prior experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred; familiarity with health regulation policies is a plus. Knowledge of Open Dental would be a plus.
