What You'll Do This role combines front-desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, administrative duties, and hands-on support throughout the office.
Responsibilities include:
Create a warm, energetic, and welcoming experience for patients Check patients in and out Answer phones and text messages professionally and confidently Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care schedules Help patients make and keep appointments Schedule patients throughout their recommended care plans Room patients and assist with patient flow Assist with therapies Enter charges accurately Follow up with leads and prospective new patients Contact patients who have fallen out of care Encourage patient testimonials and referrals Help keep the office organized, clean, and running efficiently Identify scheduling or patient-flow issues and proactively help solve them Support the doctor and team wherever needed Maintain accurate filing and documentation Follow all HIPAA requirements Help drive office growth, patient retention, and production Step up and take ownership when something needs attention Our expectation isn't simply that you complete your assigned tasks. Preferred:
1+ year customer-service experience 3+ years computer experience Previous leadership, management, hospitality, sales, or high-volume customer-service experience No previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is required. We can teach you chiropractic—we can't teach you to care, take initiative, or bring great energy to the team. Schedule Our regular office hours are:
Monday-Thursday Patients:
9:00 AM-1:00 PM and 3:00 PM-6:00 PM Team members arrive approximately one hour before the first patient. The midday break includes approximately 30-60 minutes for lunch, with the remaining time used for administrative work, patient follow-up, and preparing the office. Occasional Fridays or weekends may be required with sufficient notice. Most holidays off + regular 3-day weekends! Applicants must be able to commit to the required working hours and should be looking for a position they can grow in for at least two years. Compensation & Benefits $18.00-$20.00 per hour , based on experience and fit.
