Chiropractic Assistant/ Receptionist Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on office and patient support. As a small practice, we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and helping wherever needed. Who We Are We are a small, family-centered chiropractic office with doctors who specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, and family care . We believe in creating an environment where patients feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. Our office is often filled with pregnant moms, new parents, babies, and children, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with families and thrives in a warm, active environment.

Office Hours:

Mon-Thurs 8:30am-7pm, Fri 7am-12pm Flexibility on hours worked Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Care Greet and check in patients and create a welcoming experience Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Answer calls, texts, and patient questions Collect and update patient information while maintaining confidentiality Process payments and assist with billing and financial transactions Coordinate referrals, documentation, and patient follow-ups Provide excellent customer service and help maintain smooth patient flow Office & Clinical Support Clean and sanitize chiropractic tables and patient areas Perform general cleaning, stocking, and organization Assist doctors and patients throughout the office as needed Provide PulseWave and Stimpod treatments after training Remove acupuncture needles as directed by the doctor Assist parents with babies or young children when appropriate Help with additional office tasks and projects as needed Qualifications Friendly, compassionate, and professional Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask Comfortable learning new software, systems, and patient treatments Able to take initiative and work as part of a small team Previous healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Must genuinely enjoy working with babies, children, and families We are looking for someone who is warm with patients, organized behind the scenes, comfortable with a little bit of chaos, and willing to jump in when something needs to be done.
