The Role We're looking for a compassionate, driven Patient Care Coordinator who will serve as the heart of our patient enrollment process. You'll guide patients through their Report of Findings consultations, help them understand their test results and treatment options, and support them in making the life-changing decision to invest in their health. Beyond core treatment protocols, you'll also enroll patients into programs and other innovative wellness services that complement their healing journey and match their desires/goals based on the doctor's clinical recommendations. This is NOT traditional sales. You won't be cold calling, driving all over town, or chasing leads. Our patients come to us ready to hear solutions. Your role is to create genuine connection, provide clarity, and help them see a path forward. Then make it easy for them to start their treatment. Ideal Candidate You're someone who lights up when helping others find hope. You can hold space for people's struggles while guiding them toward solutions. You're naturally empathetic but also results-oriented. You understand that real sales isn't about pressure, it's about serving people who are ready for change and you hold the skills to help them move forward confidently.
