Full Job Description Job Title:
Registered Nurse Supervisor Weekend Baylor Program hour shifts Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.
Requirements:
RN license required. CPR certification is required. Experience as a professional nurse preferably in a long-term care setting. Supervisory experience in a team lead role preferably in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
Promote and restore patients' health by directing and supervising the day-to-day clinical care team, services, and programs on assigned shifts. Direct and develop staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff. Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
