Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care. Your energetic approach will help create a positive experience for patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks. You will facilitate patient scheduling, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with health regulation policies. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with appointment scheduling using patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Verify patient information and update records accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately Coordinate appointments between patients, healthcare providers, and specialists to optimize scheduling efficiency Support medical administrative functions such as data entry, document preparation, and billing support in compliance with health regulation policies Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a smooth flow of clinic operations Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Qualifications Experience working in a medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting with strong knowledge of medical terminology and health regulation policies preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with patient management software and EMR/EHR systems is essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and client interactions Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Typing speed and accuracy to support administrative tasks are highly valued Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) management practices to ensure accurate documentation Join us to be part of a dynamic healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
