Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Insurance Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and insurance representatives, ensuring smooth administrative operations within a busy Dental office environment. Your expertise in insurance verification, will help facilitate efficient patient care and accurate documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered practice while honing your skills in dental administrative support and health information management. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility Collect and review patient documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for billing and clinical purposes Schedule appointments efficiently using dental scheduling software; coordinate with clinical staff for timely patient flow Answer phone calls professionally, providing clear communication about appointment details, insurance questions, or billing inquiries sending out prior authorizations for major dental procedures to private dental insurances. needs at least 1 year of experience working with dental insurance verification and front desk. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office administration or front desk support within a healthcare setting; clinic or dental clinic experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes including verification, claims submission, and collections. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion in accordance with HIPAA regulations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, documentation review, and data entry tasks Join us in making a difference by providing outstanding administrative support that enhances patient experiences and streamlines healthcare operations. Pay:
