Qualifications:

Valid and active North Carolina Speech Language Pathology license ASHA CCCs required Experience working with pediatric and elementary-age populations Skilled with assistive listening technology Ability to supervise an SLPA if applicable Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech therapy services to elementary students, with opportunities for diverse age groups based on your preferences and assignment needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and IEP teams Conduct assessments, maintain records, and track progress Utilize assistive listening technology to support student access and success Supervise an SLPA if needed, ensuring compliance with supervision requirements
